“We waited for a bus for over an hour at the cruise terminal, right under the yellow flag bearing their name and a picture of the bus, which most people would interpret as the correct spot to wait. I was monitoring bus activity on the app, which kept changing the arrival time (first 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, etc.). Finally after more than an hour, a bus stops across the street from the terminal. We were unable to make that one given the distance we had to walk. Waited again for another bus but finally gave up and grabbed a TukTuk since our time was running out at the port.”

“My husband and I find hop on hop off tours very helpful and have done a number of them. This was our worse experience and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. The bus driver would give very little time for the passengers to get on or off. The passengers wouldn’t be seated or up the stairs and it would take off. Wanting to get out was a joke if you were on the top level because you couldn’t get down the stairs fast enough. Our driver was talking loudly on the phone the entire time we were on the bus.”
